In September, 2006，Shanghai Spreadtone Information Technology Co.,Ltd. was officially established.
In October, 2006，signed frame agreement of R&D cooperation with Spreadtrum Communication (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd..
On November 1, 2006，the first Spreadtrum platform “Project Z003” came into being by independent research and development and was put into market successfully in 25th of the same month.
On November 18, 2006, the company was officially moved to the office building--XingYuan Technology Square.
On January 15, 2007, the first Ankai Platform “Project Z009” came into being by independent research and development.
On February 28, 2007, the mobile phone software Z003V1.0 passed the test conducted by Shanghai Key Laboratory of Computer Software Testing and Evaluating.
In June, 2007, the company acquired the title of “Science and Technology Innovation Oriented Small Sized Enterprise” awarded by Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai XuHui District.
In June 18, 2007, Shenzhen Office of Spreadtone was established.
In November, 2007, Celebrated Spreadtone’s first Anniversary.
In May, 2008, the company participated the International Electronic Communication Exhibition in Abu Dhabi and it was the first time for the company to attend such great international event and had received praise from many customers.
In June, 2008, it was with the purpose of improving internal managerial ability the Spreadstone dispatched the talents in company’s management level to be trained in Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
In August ,2008, the company acquired the title of “Software Enterprises” awarded by Shanghai Municipal Informatization Commission.
In March 2009 awarded the Shanghai Municipal Communist Youth League "Youth employment, entrepreneurship attachment base"
In April 2009 became member of Shanghai Software Industry Association
Obtained in July 2009 Xuhui District, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission awarded the "little giant, Xuhui District, Science and Technology Enterprise" title
